Pump Aggregate PD X-3.000 HD
The pump aggregate of series PD X-3.000 HD, manufactured by PRIME DRILLING impresses by its robust and poor wearing design. The 7-fold bedded drive shaft, which is equipped with 3 extender wheels replaces the conventional known crankshaft.
Due to the rotation of these units as well as by the max. no. of rotation of 230 rpm, the wearing of rubbers and liners are minimised.
By use of the most modern hydraulic components, speed of the crankshaft and the herewith
generated linear speed of pistons or rather flow rate of the bentonite flushing is continuously
ruled by the revolution of the hydraulic motor. Because of the compact construction the
pump aggregate is installed inside of a silenced 20 ft. container, that is equipped with skid system.
By that kind of skid system the aggregate can be pulled out of the container easily for repair works.
Due to its construction it is possible to put the complete pump aggregate on a "twist-lock-system" to have the device rapidly and cheaply transported.
